Watch Cincinnati Bengals vs Kansas City Chiefs Live

Bengals football will return to our lives on Saturday when they traveled to Kansas City to face the Chiefs.

Beginners of the first live football game of the Jack Taylor era will not be seen much, as they are only expected to play a series or two, but there are still storylines to watch.

Probably the biggest one will be at the left guard, where Michael Jordan, Christian Westerman, John Jerry, and Trey Hopkins get into a heated fight, perhaps making the full decision. The good news for those losing in this battle is that all these guys should be on the roster of 53 guys, but the same is not true in other key position fights.

The wide receiver will be a very interesting position to watch this week, where Josh Malone hopes to take on a bigger role in the offense after a productive training camp. But he is facing competition from a pair of infrastructure-free agents Damien Willis and Stanley Morgan, though both are expected to secure a spot on the 9-man roster before they are thought to play a significant role in the offense.

The quarterbacks will be an even more interesting place to watch, as Ryan Finlay and Jeff Driskel are battling for a backup spot, while undrafted free agent Joe Dolegala is looking at what he made after a good showing in the offseason workouts.

Again, we may not see a lot of guys like Andy Dalton, Tyler Boyd, William Jackson, and Carlos Dunlap, but the struggles that still make it an important game for spots on the 53-run roster.
